Cancellation Policy
The fee due at the time of booking will be the minimum amount paid to MWB Healthcare. If participants fail to show or matriculate, refunds will not be issued. Additional participants may be added through the beginning of class time, but due to instructor regulations, there must still be space below the participant cap for them to join. Class cancellation with greater than 5 business days' notice will result in a 50% return of the service charge. Cancellation with less than 5 business days' notice will result in forfeiture of the entire service charge.
