Cancellation Policy
Membership Fees are charged monthly, and refunds are not given for missed or unused appointments. Memberships will only be prorated at the Owner's discretion. For cancellations and reschedules within 6 hours of the appointment window, a $50 fee will be assessed to the account. All other cancellations and reschedules are fee-free.
